Wow, my first RTS ever! So disappointed!

I personally asked Willow for this address on Twitter and I'm so sad it came back with an RTS

Sent: 26 December 2011 (LOR and SASE)
Recieved RTS: 6 March 2012 - ATTEMPTED NOT KNOWN

The funny thing is, the stamps I put on the envelope to send it there were taken off (as you can see in the photo below). The address has been cancelled out and "ANK" is written in red pen.
My envelope I sent it in has been ripped at the bank and definitely has been searched as my LOR has been removed but the SASE is still in there. My envelope came inside a USPS envelope with an apology for the damaged envelope.

What I want to know is whether the RTS is due to the address not working, or the damaged envelope.

Sorry to hear that! I sent to her at her other address she gave me, and haven't heard back yet. You might want to ask on her facebook if she has yet another address.

Hopefully she replies to you soon! When did you send out to her? I will ask her for another address.

I sent mine out to her on November 10th 2011.

First off you mailed it to the wrong street...its Siringo.
Second off your address format is wrong on your letter.
Third off you mailed it to her Agent, when you should probably mail it to her Publicist or Manager.
