Charmian Carr Request

Recently ordered a signed photo from Ms. Carr's website. HORRIBLE experience. They refuse to ship photos with cardboard. First photo I received was badly damaged and so they sent me a second one which was damaged as well. Customer service will not even respond to my e-mails. I have over 50 autographs in my collection and have never had this happen to me.
