I used the address in the database and my package for him was returned to me within 2 week of mailing it out. The sticker from the post office said Address Not Found. Bummer!!!!

He coaches an indoor football team called the Chicago Slaughter. Try the address on their website. About a year ago he signed 1 for me and kept 2 through that address.
