Got a signed photo of John McCain today but i provided them the envelope. Is this an Autopen or not?

I havnt herd of him signing autopen, but maybe he's been getting alot of mail lately. When I got him a few years ago he hand signed the 2 baseball cards I sent, so I know he was hand signing them at one point.
