Unfortunately it's a well-established fact that his agency responses are secretarials. Here's the authentic TTM I received from one of Colin's family members, and it matches up with In Person and VV replies that have been obtained from him:
Your best bet would be VV. Good luck

Why do they even bother signing secretarials.
Its just dishonest towards fans.
This address should be removed if it dont get to the person intended.
