Hi guys.

I sent a LOR, two 8x10 photos, and SASE via the address in the database on Jan 9th, 2012. I received them back signed and personalized on Apr 2nd, 2012. I knew it would take months for her because she has been busy lately. I also believe that she got tons of requests, so I'm glad to get them back. She's such a sweet lady. Really love her in movies and shows. She's pretty old now, but she's still sharp and quick with her jokes. Wish she was my grandma lol. Her signatures are a little shaky. Hope she's okay.

What does LOR stand for? Letter of Request?

I want to send her two pictures:

Do I need to put a self-addressed enveloped stamped inside of the envelope I send it in, or is the envelope I send it in work for going and coming back? I am new at this, any help appreciated thanks

Hey I have been collecting for two years now! Yes, LOR is Letter of Request. You fill out your self addressed, stamped envelope, and put it into another envelope with your letter, and or memorabilia for the celebrity to sign.

A few other things I've learned on here are:
SASE: self-addressed, stamped envelope.
TTM: Through the mail.
PP: Pre-print.
VV: Via Venue
I can't think of any others right now, but i'm sure that some of the more experienced collectors can help you out with this!
