Only took 2 weeks, received today. Ms Soucie played dexters mom in dexters lab, been in powerpuff girls and kids next door. There is very few cartoon network series she aint starred. My store ran out of us stamps so i enclose 2 dollars for postage and she posted it me back along with a signed note saying it was unneccesary.
