I sent an email to PM Steve Harper with an EOR (email of request, lol) on a date I can't remember, but it was between April 22-27th. Never got a reply back electronically, but I did just get in the mail today (5-18-12) an autographed photo which looks authentic in blue pen, and a letter of thanks from the office.
