Today, I got my two custom index cards back signed by Kathryn Beaumont, who provided the voices of Alice in Disney's Alice in Wonderland and Wendy in Disney's Peter Pan. I had originally sent a letter to Ms. Beaumont in November 2011 but since I hadn't heard back from her (she had, at the time, a fairly short turnaround time), I sent another in May 2012. It turns out the fan mail department at Disney Studios is not really in service anymore, but she does get bundles sent to her periodically (she sent a short note explaining this). Funny enough, the response I received was actually a combination of both mailings: the SASE from the first and the index cards from the second (which I'm happy about as the second batch came out much better). The address I used was Kathryn Beaumont, c/o The Disney Studios, 500 South Buena Vista Street, Burbank, CA 91521. The first request was sent on November 6, 2011 (212 days total), the second request was sent May 11, 2012 (25 days total)
