I can't believe I'd never written to June Foray before, especially given my Disney collection! I have a few "Mulan" photos going and for whatever reason didn't realize she was the speaking voice of Grandmother Fa until now. I quickly remedied the situation and sent out a couple of photos for her to sign, which I got back yesterday. She's such a lovely woman, and the gift she's given everyone through her remarkable voice talent will be appreciated for a long, long time.

June Foray
The address has been removed from the site due to her age. Suffice it to say, it was removed before I wrote to her and I was still able to find it using a simple Google search. She still seems happy enough to sign if you write to her.

SENT: LOR, SASE, 8x10 photo, 4x6 photo
RECEIVED: 8x10 photo signed and personalized, 4x6 photo signed and personalized

I made Custom Xbox 360 faceplates for a few years, and about three years ago, I made a couple of June Foray plates, as she is an heroine of mine. I made one for her to keep, one for my own collection, and one that I auctioned off for charity. She signed the charity plate twice, once in black and once in silver.

I sent her a letter before I mailed the plates, asking for her permission, which she granted. But the amazing part? After she returned the plates, she CALLED ME on my cellphone, and apologized for taking so long because she'd been at the OSCARS! She left a message on my phone because I was in a noisy place and didn't hear my phone. Probably just as well, as I would have been dumbstruck to speak with her on a surprise call.

The woman is no less than Hollywood royalty.
