just because the return address says GA doesnt mean it was actually mailed in GA... ive mailed stuff from the Bahamas on vacation and had a return address of where i live in FL.

But that's where it goes and that's where the signer lives. It's not being forwarded so in THIS CASE it was mailed in GA Enough excuses.
