Bianca Lawson (Maya from PLL) RTS :(

I sent a LOR to her on 7/12/12. Today I got my letter back with a RTS sticker from the post office on the envelope.
The address I sent to was:
Bianca Lawson
Don Buchwald & Associates LA
6500 Sunset Blvd.
Suite 220
Los Angeles, CA 90069
I just realized that it was suppose to be "Suite 2200" and not "Suite 220". Is that the reason why it was sent back?

Well, they crossed out the address and put a sticker that read:
RETURN TO SENDER
ATTEMPTED - NOT KNOWN
UNABLE TO FORWARD
