you can send an e-mail and get it for free, it takes time though but I am sure you will get it so I think its better to do so rather than pay money

I'm sure they will eventually put it back up. Since he just won twice at the Olympics, they were probably flooded with requests! I'll have to wait to send my request until things die down again
