They Look very similar. Im not 100% sure if they are Pre-Printed or not though. And Congrats!

I went to the feedback page on the official website and asked them to send me a picture. When I got the pictures, the envelope had the same return address that you used.
Yours and monsoon's are slightly different in the signatures, so I think its not a PP or an AP.
