Sent a LOR, 2 5x7s SASE to the address in the database on 8/11/2012. Received my 2 5x7s both signed on 8/24/2012. No scan of the envelope because it was my own SASE,

Great success! I got the same photo signed too! But he signed mine twice for some reason...
