I'm assuming that he signs them. I got two autographs, both unique and both resemble authentic examples which leads me to believe they are legit.

Yes he does. Some are PP though some are hand signed

But Jim Davis is dead... He has been dead since the 80s or 90s I believe.

Well I just looked it up and your right! Jim Davis, Creator of Garfield, is in fact still alive! All these years I thought he was dead..
