On May 14, 2012 I sent: LOR, SASE, 1 photo
Today I received my photo back signed and personalized along with a second photo, also signed and personalized! They added cardboard in with the photos and added extra postage for that.

She left Osbrink so some of the staff must forward the mail and some just RTS it
