I sent a photo, DVD cover, LOR and SASE to Mel Brooks at Culver Studios 9336 W. Washington Blvd, Culver City CA 90232 on April 5, 2012. I received both items signed and personalized on 9/27/12.

2 - They certainly look like they came from his hand, comparing them to other examples of his autograph.

Wow that is pretty amazing that you have a success from mel brooks.
I sent him a request like back in the 1990s and got back an 8x10 pre print.
So you got like so lucky, I would like to send him a DVD cover from "Space
Balls" Now that I know he is a goos signer !!!! What address did you use?
Did you use the address on the database??? Let me know so I can send out
mine!!!! From moviefuntime....
