I sent $10 but i only did so because I requested the inscription.
otherwise i've seen many people do it for $5

Sent an official Rawlings MLB baseball to the address in the database to Whitey Herzog on Dec 12 and then received the ball back signed nicely on Dec 21. Sent a $20 donation in a SASE. Nice looking ball.
