I got a question want to ask you, last month I sent her a Registered letter, and I couldn't found the status on USPS website, so I dunno she have received my letter or not. I want to ask you is the website not update or she didn't received my letter? and the Registered letter must herself sign for? could the others replace?

The address above is for a company called Mailbox Pack & Ship that handles P.O Boxes. PMB (Post Office Mail Box) 216 is her box number. So if you sent something that needed a person named Amanda Seyfried to sign for it then it will likely be sent back to you by USPS and they will say they couldn't get someone named that to sign for it there.
