Whoopi Goldberg... Failure or Success?

Hello Collectors,
Those that seen my postings before know that I write celebrities from Afghanistan to ease my 9-month deployment. My goal was to write (LOR) my favorite 500 celebrities within the first 3 months and wait out the last 6 months to see how many I get in return. I sent Afghan Bills or 3x5 cards for signatures. Well... I'm currently at the 4 1/2 months deployed mark and after sending 542 LOR I've received about 100 successes. However, today I received what is considered a failure but with a twist. I wrote Whoopi Goldberg about 96 days ago and today the Afghan bill was returned with a sticky note stating "I Can't". It looks like the secretary wrote a note to request her signature but Whoopi denied it. I though it was funny the note was returned to me... Either way I'm going to keep it in my scrap book since is Whoopi's hand writing... So maybe is not a Failure... lol

I think maybe she didnt want to mark the currency as i think in some places its a federal offence
compare handwritting with other whoppi successes and see if it is her hand writing

Why a bill? Did you sent letter, too? Or just that yellow paper? I am confused.

i think they sent a Bill and an index card to be signed and a LOR and SASE.
The yellow note is from Whoppi's secretary requesting she sign the bill and the other writing is belived to be Whoppis handwritting denieing the request to sign

Since my resources are limited here, the only thing I could get are Afghan bills and 3x5 cards. These Afghan bills are only worth pennies... plus, I think the bills add to my credibility.. Also, all successes are going to my deployment scrap book which will make a great talking piece for years to come. I have no intention of selling these... Maybe it would be a great story piece to my grand kids in 40-50 years... As of today I received about 50 bills personalize with inscriptions...

If only he had explained it in his post...
'It looks like the secretary wrote a note to request her signature but Whoopi denied it'
oh wait, he did.
Conan O'Brien signed a dollar bill for me without hesitation, that's all I had on me.
I once saw Ricky Gervais sign a woman's passport lol.
