A tad confused as the address has been marked as RTS, the first of these being listed just 2 days after I sent my request! Think this was probably a pre-signed one from ages ago but happy none the less!
I think its authentic but comments are welcome

Sorry, don't have photo of the envelope but they took my a5 SAE and taped it to the front of an a4, so I had to pay extra postage.
