As I sent him a letter last year via the Arrow set and got no response and the only success' I can find on here are from 2012.

Always this "money at cons" stuff... man what is wrong with it?
Yes they take money there as they have to get there, take their time (even if no one would go to them) and also can not film movies or do other stuff to make money so yes this is something they SHOULD take money for ... but MANY DO still answer, I have at least 4 autographs from people signing at cons , which I got TTM (kenny baker for example)! so why always sayin something like this without even really knowing?
This is not meant as offense, just a serious question

But in this case I can just say, I wrote twice to him (via arrow and vie Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2) and did not get a success so maybe he stopped signing , but I would still try it, as you can´t get the people if you do not try them ;)
