I'm a newbie and just got these back from Mark Wahlberg. Sent two pics, LOR & SASE on 11/27/2012 and received them back signed today (12/20/2012) Used address in database. He signed in black over black on the one pic but still happy with the success. Both autographs are a little different and from what I have seen on here all of his vary slightly. Any comments on authenticity are welcome. Also, what is this white bar thing on my envelope? LOL (dumb question but hey idk).

for some reason i believe mark wahlbergs *autographs* people get through his fanmail address are secretary. Now i am not saying thats the case they could be real but for some reason i think/feel they arent. Just my personal opinion. These autographs seem too *perfect* the lines are very straight... hard to explain but heres a picture of his real sig maybe you'll see what i mean...



to me i see a difference in both sigs every ttm sig i have seen that has come from mark wahlbergs fanmail address the lines seem too straight and perfect but his real signature thats passed through PSA/DNA above looks different it seems more *messy* and not as neat and perfect as the ttm ones. Just thought i would share my opinion. Either way whether i am wrong or right, i am glad you got something back.

I've always thought he's were authentic. Congrats! His IP matches his TTM. I find examples if you want me to. The white bar is from the mail carriers. They put it on a lot of the bigger envelope. Not sure why.

congrats, i sent mine in september...hopefully i get mine within the next few days.

I don't know anything about anything, but I'd assume anything that anyone signs ttm would be neater than something done IP.

I am thinking it is authentic compared to all the other feedback on him, & thanks for explaining the white bar thing Padagr, lol.

I think his are authentic too, I have seen many examples of IP compared to TTM and they all seem to match! I'm waiting for mine to come back from him as well.

As far as the white bar goes, it is one way the US Postal Service tracks mail. You will find a barcode on just about every piece of mail you receive (sometimes it is on the back of the envelope and orange colored, sometimes on the front bottom of the envelope printed on there with a bunch of numbers, or both). They just put the white stickers on larger envelopes because they don't go through the same machine as the smaller envelopes.
