HI everyone,
i hope everyone had a good holiday. back on september 27th of 2012 i had purchsed a 8x10 of Boo Boo Stewart vie his website. after waiting a few months (and a few un returned emails) i received it, however he spelled my Name wrong . so i dont know if i would say this was a great experince but at lest i have it. i got it on Christmas Eve so i guess happy christmas to me. but i am a little annoyed that he spelled my name wrong , i mean i spent money on this thing, not like i jsut sent it TTM. but it was a learning experiance. happy new year everyone!

Oh my, how is that possible? Usually with purchased personalized autographs, there is a section where you leave your name. Unless you spelled it wrong too...
Anyways, do you have a picture of your purchase?

Howsabout you email back and point out that they have failed to upkeep their end of the sale? You wouldn't buy a new 4x4 and then not complain when the company delivered a bike!

thank you all for your feedback. sorry i am just getting back to you all. i just got back from work. i will upload the pic in a few mins. to be honest as far as the Emailing their site or what not i acatually sent 3 seperate emails over the 3 months that i waited and NEVER got a single response from anyone from the site. the part that really makes me shake my head. is the envelope has my correct spelling of my name, but yet the personlization on my autograph is misspelled. i do know that i will be very carful as far as buying over the net. i actually just tried buying from a celebrities. 1 from Heather Lankinkamp and i recieved a follow up email that is was shipped i also ordered from a not so well known Up and comer who has been very supportive to me and my wrestling cereer. Jordan Jensen he is best known for singing covers but he is fantastic! i only ordered 1 pic from his website and in like 2 weeks he sent me 4 and a personlized Christmas Card that read "To My Fellow F4L (Friends+Fan=Family 4 Life) Sean, Thanks for the Support." i will also upload this as well as soon as i unwind from work.although i had this bad experiance i will NOT let this ruin my Fun and joy with this hobby. all my success will be in within 2 hours.

Looks very much like the same person who wrote the "personalized" part (can't really see the actual autograph) also wrote the address on the envelope (look at the S) - making the misspelling even more disturbing!! Anyway, maybe (!) he presigned a bunch of photos and somebody adds the personal part before mailing them. DOes the autograph look like it has been written by the same person who wrote your name?

That happens, but when you pay for the signature it's a slightly bigger issue. That said, the OP doesn't seem to actually care, so I doubt it's a problem.
