Asked Aston Villa Fc if they could sign a photo of one of there players for one of my mates as I am not an Aston villa fan. They sent me an email saying NO!!

I would be astounded if a professional football club used that language.
Regardless of that, if you want an autograph from a player, send them a letter rather than expecting a PA at the club to do all the work for you.

it's always best if you send a letter to the specific player you want an autograph from, the majority of premier league clubs will not send out any autograph's via email.
