I sent my sase and baseball card as well as a brief request letter the last week of December 2012 and received my card signed on January 4 2013! The address I used is 2123 N Beachwood Dr. Los Angeles, CA 90068...I previously had an unsuccessful attempt earlier in December with the other address that was posted.
