The address isn't bad, you just have to pay to get him to sign things, which is also hit and miss.

I got back from Ric from that very address on a few cards and I wasnt charged.

Ric Flair
Legacy Talent and Entertainment, LLC
1300 Baxter St.
Suite 100-A
Charlotte, NC 28204

However, Flair does not sign autographs for free and will not return items without being paid.
The official web site says (and this is a copied / pasted quote)...

Sending your own item(s) to be signed "It does require the following:
-$30.00 Money Order or Certified Check per item* made payable to Ric Flair, LLC
-Self Addressed Stamped Envelope or return package with sufficient postage
-Your Personal Item to be Autographed by Ric Flair
-Your Contact Information (Name, Email, Phone #)

*Items sent without payment will not be returned
*Belts $50 due to size to the continental US.
"

This explains why I never got anything back from the guy.
So I feel that the address should be marked as bad.
Fanmail is not specifically a site designed to identify celebrities who sign for free, and addresses which are valid in any way can be counted for fanmail purposes. There is nothing "bad" about this per se.

You're all missing the point. A real fan is not the same as an autograph collector. Anyone who wants to PAY for someone to write their name on something can easily get one from an online dealer. Probably for less than the person charges normally. Thats a collector. A real true blue FAN of a person or team or whatever, doesnt want one just to have it. They want it from that person because they admire that person. And for whoever said they got something from him at that address should post pictures of the autograph(s) and the return envelope(s) to add some real feedback - not just make a contrary comment on someone else's results.

if you visited the wrestling forum on this site at all, you'd know some people got him for free. i haven't seen him sign free for a while, he's hurting for cash now which is why he's signed a deal with WWE

a true fan of ric flair wouldn't mind forking over $30 to get something they like signed by him. $30 is nothing for one of the greatest wrestlers of all time.

if you are a true fan, then you will want to support your celebrity by giving your money to them and not some dealer who took advantage of your idols generosity by getting it free in person with them thinking they were a fan

Valid point and I respect your opinion, but if he really appreciated his fans as much as he claims he does he would do it for free considering hes made millions and millions of dollars from them already. He is a true fan by the way, which is why every DVD they put out for Flair or WCW or the 4 Horsemen, he bought. Anytime they came to town and Flair was there, we went. Flair wouldnt be in the financial spot he is, if he didnt make the choices he did. But thats nt really the topic.

And we've never bought an autograph from a vendor those people can't prove it's even real.
We were going to but I found out a COA can be made and signed by anyone and doesn't prove any credibility at all.

This is the most asinine thing I have ever heard!

So fans can't spend money on autographs?

lol

Find a new hobby man, you are clueless!

Actually I'm not a "man" and I'm not clueless. But thanks for attacking me. Real mature.
And I think it's completely ridiculous to pay for someone to write their name on something.

It looks like you're the one missing the point. First off, I am a FAN of certain players, and I would/and have paid for their autographs, and would do it anyday of the week. Just because I have paid doesnt make me a collector, and I would never pay for an autograph unless I watched them sign it. Yeah you can buy them cheaper most of the time from a on line or from a card dealer, but there is also a good chance it could be fake.
Now as for the Nature Boy charging, let me start by saying that if you don't wanna spend the money then don't call this a FAIL, call it YOU DONT WANT TO SPEND MONEY ON SOMETHING, and that is your choice if you pay of not. That just shows how much you do or dont want it. With the way people send to these guys over and over and then sell the autographs for money, why shouldnt they be able to charge for an autograph. Why should he have busted his butt for all these years making a name for himself inside the ring, just for someone else to seel his autograph to others for money and then THEY pocket the money. Thats fair for Ric? The correct answer is NO. Thats why he charges. You can thank those people for why you have to pay him to sign something. And NO, he doesnt make millions and millions, as he has 3 or 4 ex wives, and they get a good chunk of his money. All I can say is thank god I'm gonna meet him in July and get his autograph for free when he is inducted into the professional wrestling hall of fame..
Just curious, are you new to this hobby? I ask because 30 bucks is not alot of money for an autograph. I paid 375 to meet Ali and get a signed 16x20 photo at his last public autograph signing ever. So yeah, 30 is cheap.
