On 29 Dec 2012, I sent a fan LOR, photo, & SASE to Ms. Bacall, and on 13 Feb 2013, I got my photo back signed! She's a true Hollywood legend, and I'm so thrilled to hear back from her! Any comments on authenticity are welcome. I used this address:

Does she now have vision problems? Just wondering why she now signs her name with what looks like four letter "Ls" on Bacall, probably beyond her control.

I'm unsure if she does or not, but she is 89 if I'm not mistaken & was still nice enough to sign my photo and is my favorite, so it's still incredibly special to me!! Have you tried her? If so I hope you can publish your success soon!!

I got several autographs from her many years ago when her signature was still sharp and strong.
