I would imagine he can no longer sign autographs personally because of his deteriorating vision. I read recently he suffers from macular degeneration. Definite legend, and you ought to treasure that autograph because the man is a British icon - he's Wallace!

This has been the proper contact address for quite some time....HOWEVER:

His agent's office has been sending out those pre-printed signature photos for several years now, due to (no doubt) our beloved Mr. Sallis's Macular Degeneration.....and he is 92 years old, after all....

Back around 2001 > 2002, I had a very brief running-correspondence with him. I received three hand-written letters and a signed photo with each, including a personalized, uber-rare 8" x 10". Those days are gone, I'm afraid.
