Hi! Question -- how'd you get the IRCs? I see you're from NY; I'm from Honolulu, HI but they don't sell those at our post offices, I think we discontinued them

This success post was made in March, prior to these issues coming up. IRCs are now discontinued. Your best bet is to look in the discussion/help forums of this site to find advice, and how to get a hold of UK stamps.
