Yeah I enclosed him a photo for him to sign for me, but all I got was this Pre-Print .

The trouble with Bale is that he is so highly rated, he is getting a lot more autograph requests now, i managed to get him IP before he was as famous as he is now.

i read some where he had been sending secs out for awhile and a couple of the other tottenham players as well
not ever player in the prem league signs via ttm

You might want to check your facts out then, the "BIG" players in the EPL can be difficult, as Ronaldo was during his final season or so at United, and some others. I fail to see why it can be so ridiculous that a footballer doesn't sign every item personally when c-list movie stars send PPs etc.

The very fact that this request has come back without a "genuine" success shows that Bale doesn't generally hand sign items every time.
