Unfortunately, I live in Russia, this country does not sell any international reply coupons. There is no any way to pay for back letter. I beg your pardon for this.

As we don't have £1 notes anymore the best thing you can use is a 1 Euro note for standard letters.
IRC's have been phased out and are not desirable anymore.
