I'm working on my Walking Dead collection now since it's become one of my favorite shows. I am thrilled to have gotten this back. It's the first time I've ever sent to anyone overseas without an IRC, which can no longer be purchased in the U.S. I love Andrew as Rick and think he should get an Emmy for the work he did this past year. Seems like a great guy, too.

IRCs can still be purchased. I bought some yesterday.
But, truly it can depend on your post office.
Mine is a hick town PO. But I've been told the dumbest stuff at the so called "big city POs".

Hi dailyplanetgurl :)

Thank you for your feedback {up}

Would you have a scan of the envelope you received please?
If so, you are in the run for the $10 gift certificate.

You most definately can buy IRC's through the USPS!! You can only buy them through USPS.com. I bought 5 just yesterday!!

Seriously? I live in a medium-sized town with 5 post offices. I went to each one in February, and they all told me the USPS no longer sells these. One of them even showed me a page on the official website stating they'd been discontinued.

If you have a direct link to how to buy them from the USPS.com website, would you please share? I've searched and cannot find any way to do so, but I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to websites anyway. Thanks!
