This is my 3rd Chris Hoy success after an In-Person meeting and a previous attempt to get a coin signed was returned with a pre-signed postcard.
This time I have finally completed my goal of getting the Olympic Cycling 50 pence signed by the man. Couldn't be happier.
Sent: LOR + SASE + 1 Item on April 11th 2013
To:
Elite Sports Properties
Parkshot House,
5 Kew Road
Richmond,
Surrey, TW9 2PR
Received: My item signed in my SASE on April 30th 2013 (19 days)

Congratulations, I got my 12x8 photo returned signed through Elite Sports Properties last week having been in contact with Rob Woodhouse there.
I contacted them after a failed (no response at all) from the British Cycling, Cycle Centre address. My 12x8, SASE etc went missing nearly 2 years ago. Thankfully this one came through
For me, Chris is a true legend!!!

Yeah, I wouldn't bother using the British Cycling address.
I tried there and got everything back unsigned 3 months later with no explanation.
A 19 day turn around is pretty impressive.

Yeah I have to agree, At least you got your items returned
I have had one success through British Cycling (Elinor Barker) but nothing from the others yet.
Oh and you beat me by 4 days

23 days here

As far as I know Chris is still in the country so get your stuff posted before he swans off to another corner of the globe again

.
I think that's one of the main reasons why I was unsuccessful with the UK Cycling address, after I posted the letter he just never seemed to be in the country.

Now he's retired I believe he'll be in the UK a lot more. He's currently promoting Hoy Bikes and doing a lot of testing with Radical Cars before it is believed he will compete in the Radical race series. Will have to get to a race meeting
