I sent this picture, three international reply coupons, a self-addressed photo envelope, and a heartfelt letter of request to Keiji Inafune at his new company, Comcept Inc. He is the creator of Mega Man and an awesome illustrator and game designer. Sent May 8th, returned May 30th. (Super quick considering it went to Japan and back from North America.)
Address used:
Keiji Inafune
c/o Comcept Inc.
Renaissa Namba Bldg 7F
Minatomachi 2-1-7
Naniwa-ku, Osaka-shi
Osaka 556-0017
JAPAN
He was even nice enough to throw in an illustration! (Again, awesome.)

I was bouncing off the walls, thrilled to death that I got it (and so quickly)! It gives me inspiration to try more people with a little investigative work. Inafune was relatively easy to find, but I'd like to try to find people that are retired, which is really difficult. That is, unless, someone has any tips on doing so. ;)
