So, she has pre-signed photos she returns? If I were to write to her I would want to send my own item.

Yes, the management sends out pre-signed photos which is really great! Unfortunately, I don't think she personally goes through her fanmails so your items probably won't get signed!:[

I'm honestly surprised on how prompt the photo came back, but I am from Los Angelse, CA where her management is. I also included a SASE!!
There have been recent successes from her that came after 2-3 years so I think you will eventually hear back from her!! Good luck!!

It's not a pre-print. You're probably right, she most likely signed a stack and her management team are sending them out.
