I spent an arm and a leg to get it to france, and it was unclaimed and returned!!!

Terribly sorry to hear that :/ I do really not understand why the address was unclaimed.. It's either not valid anymore, or they may have found it difficult to perhaps, decipher your handwriting :/ Maybe writing with block letters would help? Or ask the admins if the address still is valid on this page:

However, I don't think that she'd sign unless all the costs are paid (at least not for me, the first time I tried). Did you make sure to provide French stamps/postage for your return envelope?
