In May I sent an email to their official company website http://www.acrylicaquariums.com/contact and a few days later I received this signed pic

Congrats! I love tanked and am wondering who you emailed. I went on their website and there's like ten different emails. Thanks.

I sent an email to Wayde and he forwarded to someone else. She sent me an email thanking me and told me one was on the way. So any should do. Good luck!
