On the 1st July 2013, I sent a LOR and a Stamped Addressed Envelope to David Bradley (Harry Potter's Argus Filch), who's address can be found in the Database at fanmail.biz, and is listed below:

It's a promo from GoF taken from the HP Wiki Page.
Definitely worth sending to just make sure you use the right type of photo paper (his autograph pen is known to smudge).
