Sent off a full size Cowboys throwback helmet to DeMarcus Ware on November 6th, returned signed on November 16th. Sent to the 1 Cowboys Parkway address

You clearly don't know what a "full size helmet" is.
That is very much a mini helmet.

What kind of packaging and return packaging did you use? how much was postage?

I did the same thing I do when I send out a mini helmet. I find a box it will fit in and then set it up as my return box, put my address and the postage on it. When that is ready I get brown craft paper and wrap up the box kind of like a Christmas present. When the package arrives the player can rip off the brown paper and the return box is ready.
It cost $12, I had to put 12 one dollar stamps on the return box
