Audrey McGrath - Irish TV Weathergirl - Pioneering Success

Audrey McGrath is a popular TV weathergirl employed by RTÉ Television. She began her career at rival station TV3, where she worked as a reporter, before moving to RTÉ. To this very day, she is still working at RTÉ.
Sent: 1 Christmas Card (which was sent in the envelope containing my Christmas greeting to Nuala Carey and an Xmas card for Helen Curran.) on 11/12/2013
On 17/12/2013, I received a complimentary 2014 calendar.

This was a pioneering success, as it was one of two attempts I sent to a celebrity that did not require stamps or a return address (as it was sent in an A4 envelope which I addressed to Nuala Carey.) It is also the second success I had using a Via Subject success (the subject in this case was Nuala Carey, who passed the card on to Audrey.) Once again, a great moment for one ambitious collector!
