I e-mailed him on his talent agency (enquiries at laurenbergman.com.au) to request an autograph photo of him. Two months later, I received a personalized autograph photo of him.

It's a pre-print

This is probably a bit of an ignorant question, but how do you mean it's a preprint when it's personalised? I got one too through the same agency about a year ago, so I can only hope it's real but was guessing it might be secretarial.

The personalization is secretarial, the signature is pre-print, just take a look, it's the same signature in the same position. I got the same this year... and it was there that I found out it's a PP

So basically you're allowed to email his talent agency instead of sending a letter? Sounds a lot more convenient.
