i thought it was failed to send to him cuz I didn't received after a couple of months

Spanky Taylor NEVER issue real signatures, they are employed by celebrities to issue non authentics on their behalf. Have a look at some of the other responses from Josh on the forum and on the net, and you'll find an exact match to this.
