Strange Chyler Leigh RTS

Earlier this week, I'd posted about receiving an empty SASE that I wasn't sure who'd sent back. Today I got an RTS from Chyler Leigh. I'm annoyed because someone wrote "not at this address" on the envelope and sent it back--but someone had opened it, taken out the photo and my SASE, left the letter I wrote to Chyler, and resealed the envelope. I don't know why someone else would open it and take some stuff out if it was a wrong address... Anyway, Chyler Leigh is NOT at this address.

Very strange!! It's a actually against the law to open a letter up, then RTS it.
