Alice Cooper RTS

Sent a letter to one of the success addresses for Alice Cooper on January 20th, 2014, and today February 3rd I got my letter returned, stating it was not deliverable as addressed:
Alice Cooper
Bx2 Management
1333 2nd Street
Suite 620
Santa Monica, CA 90401
What does "not deliverable as addressed" really mean? Is the post office being pedantic about the structure of the address, or is it a catch-all term for "nobody at that address"?
Gonna try the database address next! Can anybody confirm that one works?

Unfortunately, I know first hand that he doesn't. At least he didn't for me (either of the two times I tried). Neither does Marilyn Manson...

Sidenote: Alice and Manson are PIGS. I have a friend who works a hotel they stayed at while they toured together and BOTH of them left the room a mess. Alice's room smelled like cat p*ss and Manson wrote on two of the walls and the room smelled like BO. And their rooms were a pigsty . And they didn't leave any tip for the cleaners. Ugh.
