I emailed the Bush Presidential Library and was in contact with Bicker Cain
Product Development / Protocol
George Bush Presidential Library Foundation
Museum Store. He was telling me how hard it is to get authentic signatures from the president. He had a few from this summer, I got a great deal on a bookplate from President Bush & Mrs Bush. Received Feb 3 and contacted them on January 27. The autograph is too shaky to be autopen. http://instagram.com/p/kDzv9TmxTW/

Not commenting on the authenticity of this BC i havent seen any recent examples of his graph.

But for future reference..... auto pen graphs can be VERY VERY shaky! Google search Obamas autopen graph and see what it looks like. Like it was signed during an earthquake.

There are no obvious starting and stopping points like in an auto pen. I received Tony Blair the same day and it's obviously an auto pen. Thanks for the feedback.

It's a pre-print just with your name typed on the paper. It's not auto-pen. I have received George Bush autograph through email as well and it's the exact same thing no differences.

My name isn't printed on it, it's a bookplate not a photo.

Then it has to be auto-pen. All photos though are pre-print. But I don't know for sure you could have got lucky. Just to let you know auto-pens are shaky. Cool success.

It wasn't free, I did purchase it. It's unlikely that they would sell auto pen signature as real. That would be a major issue, fraud. He does still have a few items that are for sell on his library website.

Oh I thought it was free and you got it when you emailed them. I misunderstood when you put success because most successes on this site for him are free through email.

There have been many instances were autopened autographs were sold as the real thing.

A recent one (i think... will have to double check) was Gene Simmons... whos signed copies of his biography were autopened.

If an autopen can sign a bill into law. A celeb selling an autopen as a hand signed autograph probably wouldn't hold up in court.
