I want to buy some IRC's but couldn't find how much an IRC cost in UK.

I live in Romania and want to sent to Sir David Attenborough a book (1450 grams) to be autographed and send back. Don't know how many IRC to put in the anvelope.

What is the value of an IRC in pounds?

I came here after I've calculated the shipping, of course (I came from there). I have the actual price BUT, HOW MUCH DOES AN IRC COST IN UK QUIDS? How many IRC's are a total of 11 quids?
