Hey everyone, we noticed an influx of letters to Bruno Mars here at 29 Music Sq E lately so I did some googling and found this post.

I work (and sort the mail) at 29 Music Sq. East, which is a BMG office, although this is not an office that deals with Bruno's accounts. Our LA office would be most closely related to his accounts.

THAT SAID, you will get a much quicker turnaround using his management contact:

Anything sent to our address will be forwarded to another office who will then forward it to ANOTHER office, who will then forward it along to his management. This will take weeks (at the quickest). I believe that the OP had success with his/her letter, and I probably handled it and forwarded it away, but we would rather you guys use the direct path to Bruno and his management.

Try writing a letter asking to have an autoragph picture sent to you. You obviously have to subsequently bring the letter to a post office or P.O. box to be sent but otherwise that's pretty much the jist of what it takes, fam
