Sent January 7'th, got this back today, picture and envelope:

I would delete the details showing that address as it is her private home address and not one for sharing on here. Gemma is still repped by CVGG, so it's probably just been a hiccup. I would resend to Gemma via her agent if you want to get a success.

But yeah, delete the text and image so that a home address doesn't get abused.

Relax it's already done. Thanks for the help, but do you really think she's still with that agency? I know it says so that she is on their website, but it seems to me like she isn't. And I find it odd that they put her private address there, isn't that information they should keep to themselves?

Relax it's already done. Thanks for the help, but do you really think she's still with that agency? I know it says so that she is on their website, but it seems to me like she isn't. And I find it odd that they put her private address there, isn't that information they should keep to themselves?

I'm not sure you're understanding what's happened here. CVGG have received the letter and forwarded it to her home address (or designated contact address) by amending the address on the envelope. For some reason it has not reached that address, be it because it wasn't collected, or there has been a problem with delivery. They're not handing out that address to you, as the agency would have expected it to be delivered. If they don't re-address the envelope, how do you think it gets forwarded onwards?

As for still being with CVGG, yes she is. Not just because she's listed on their website, but the very fact that you sent it to CVGG and THEY forwarded it, means that is still how to contact her.

yes that is correct i completely agree with you there. Even if i was looking at it from a blinkered viewpoint i would agree there. Thank you for clearing all this up as i wondered what had happened there. i will send too her agent too. I think gemma was fantastic in the harry potter movies. YA

I got the part where they tried to forward it to her and it never reached her that was my conclusion as well. I have however never heard that the agency send the letters forward to the person in question, so I thought they tried to send it to her home address because she was no longer with the agency. That's it.

All good, just wanted to make sure you knew what had happened. Some celebs will collect mail from their agent's office, but the majority will have it forwarded to them as the quickest and most cost effective way to send it on.
